Fans for Heat Exchanger

Been looking line but the only one i found was the velocity one which is expensive. Curious if any of you guys have them on yours and if so where did you guys get yours. Heard Lethal Performance has some, but didn't see any on their site. Thanks for any input.

Better off buyin a killer-chiller... $359 for the fan setup, imho you could build your own cheaper. It'll only really help you when sitting at traffic lights though... not sure you'll get $359 worth of cooling when you're moving.

Apparently a big-to-do about cutting oil lines to get the fans in.

I have two big SPAL fans on the back of my Gord's heat exchanger. I've done a lot of data logging specifically to see if the fans have any affect on IAT's and so far I can't say they help at all. In fact with our car's fragile alternators, the extra draw may end up hurting you in the long run. I still flip mine on in traffic just for fun but I wouldn't spend the money on that mod again unless I was trying to cool down in the staging lanes at the track.

Good idea with the shroud though. Mine and most others I've seen are just a fan stuck to the back.

Don't bother, a 10-15 rwhp drain on your alternator all the time they're on. I have the Gord's HE by itself and it's good enough.
