Final pics of the 00 R vortech V7 project, now it is off to the dyno to see what kind of power it will make

Car made 421rwhp naturally aspirated, stock motor with bassani exhaust, long tubes and a lightning maf.

will try and tune returnless 1st, if unable to maintain fuel pressure will switch to return style, hence the regulator and extra fuel line present in the pic, needed to upgrade the stock 5/16 fuel line anyway, so left it in place for a return line and ran an additional #8 line for the supply(will simply adjust the regulator to max setting so that no fuel is dumped into the return line) hopefully we should be able to keep the returnless setup.

all of the mods can be easily removed and car put back to stock, no original parts to the car were modified or damaged during the install

Anyone care to guess what it should do with the V7?
will have a pump gas tune and a race gas tune

vortech v7 / 20lbs boost
paxton A/A intercooler
dual fpdms with GT pumps
upgraded fuel line
80lb injectors
sct ba3000 maf

WOW--quite the set up.

thanks man....I was all set until I began to replace the original fuel pump hat with the fore piece. the fuel cell bladder looked great, but noticed some fuel between the bladder and the can:(

So dismantled the cell to get it ready to ship to fuelsafe for a replacement, and as it turns out the bladder itself was intact, but area around all of the bulkhead plates and the rubber gaskets between the bladder and the can were in bad shape, probably due to them working loose and fuel seeping in between. the rest of the bladder was in perfect shape, still soft and pliable.

As it has been said b4, better check/tighten and or replace all of the bulkhead gaskets on these fuel cells

The best part of this project is that I was able to do the whole thing without modifying the car.

Glad you got an intake to work the way you wanted! Everything looks terrific, I hope it performs just as well!
