Damn I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to make it back home. Took us 26 hours to get out there, and another 24 to get back. Never again will I tow a car that far in a mid-size truck. But 2700 miles later 50 hours worth of drive time was all worth it. We won the Top class and took 4th in two of the other classes.

One was a 93 Z28, with a YS trim supercharged 383 17lbs, solid roller, etc...putting out 700 RWHP ran a 9.66 @ 140 on a shitty 1.44 60'.

Our other car was a 2001 Z28 with a all bore 396 that went 10.73@ 127

It was an all LT1/LS1/LS6 shoot out. Mostly F-body race but there was some vette's. All of the people we destroyed were Fbody's.

You made it to the Spring Break Shootout huh? I wish I could have made the trip up there. I had to work though. Awesome runs!

His best 60' is a 1.30 off of idle, the car should be cutting 1.26's with the new wheelie bar on it.

Yeah it took us forever to make it out there for the race, but we made it. Would have been cool if you could have made it as well. Hopefully next time out we will run how we should 9.20's or better,
