Finally can say I have the body style cobra I have always wanted! Just a brief history, have owned a 91GT at 15 years old, sold for a stock 92 emerald green notch, sold for a 00 GT which later got sold for an 01 Blown GT which later got sold for my current 69 Nova. Yes let the hate begin :nonono: I have always wanted a 96-98 Cobra but never did pull the trigger until yest. Just picked up a 1996 Crystal White Cobra with tan/black guts. So far love the car to death, it is my new DD and I grin ear to ear driving it:rockon: Car has 105k miles with the last owner who was in his 50's did all the modifications. They include:

1996 Crystal White Cobra #234 of #7496 according to SVT Cert. which I also recieved
MM Full Length Sub Frames
MM CC Plates
MM Solid Steering Rack Bushings
MM Lower Conrtol Arms
J&M Upper Control Arms
03 Cobra Front Lower A-Arms
01 Bullitt Shocks and Struts
01 Bullitt Springs
FRPP Rear Bullit Calipers and rotors
FRPP New Front Calipers and Rotors
Russell Stianless Brake Lines
FRPP 3.55 Gears and fully rebuilt Rear
MGW Shifter
King Cobra Clutch
Fiore Clutch Quadrants and Firewall Adjuster
Steeda Cable and Pedal Adjustment Kit
Bullitt Pedals
BBK Intake tube with mod. stock air box
IMRC Deleted
Steeda Oil Sep.
BBK X pipe w/magnaflow cats
Mac Catback
Fluidyne aluminum radiator
180* Thermostat
New Water Pump and coolent hoses
New Plugs and FRPP Wires
New Motorcraft Alt
New Steering Rack
Autometer Phantom Water temp & Oil pressure below radio
JVC CD/MP3 with hands free blue tooth (kinda neat feature not that I can hear it lol)

Everything was done in the time span of 97k miles-100k miles so over the past year or two.

Car runs like a top, but did notice the 96 heating issue, so will look at an tuner to adjust fan speeds etc and want to replace the stupid bbk intake tube!

Car does have a minor paint issue right below PS rear quarter window with about a 6x3" spot peeling off, but it goes into the paint booth this weekend and will be fixed!

Here she is:

Nice ride! I'd say clean up those headlights and you're good to go. Love me some crystal white, but like you, I also have a small spot on my DS rear quarter panel thats flaking. Great color but shitty paint quality.

Thanks all. I am actually picking it up this evening from having the quarter fixed, I couldnt stand it like that. So now time to save for wheels, until then, its time to get this horse to the track and see what I can muster, I want to outrun my old NA gt which ran 13.1 at 104....dont plan on adding any more mods to the snake for now, other then driver mod and drag radials for the track!

Thats a clean sn95, especially for that mileage. Those rims are so hideous lol that Im in love with them, cuz hardly anybody runs them any more.

congrats on the car. I love my car. Sometimes I wish the previous owner added a mod or two though. Other times I am glad cause maybe I wouldn't have liked his choices.

Thanks all I am happy with it. As far as the paint issue, I paid $200 to have the spot fixed as well as a big spot in the PS door jam was peeling, so fixed spots, and cleared entire quarter panel. It looks great and I am super happy with it. And yes, I hate to love these wheels, they look so clean on the car and you dont see many with them. I actually have some wheel spacers I am putting on rear for now to get them to look better until I get new wheels in the spring. Since this will be the DD except when it snows, I dont want nice wheels over the winter with the crap they put on the roads now!
