Focus RS Sighting

I've only seen a handful of RS's cruising the streets but I never get a chance to snap pics until recently....
So far only ones I've seen have the MI Manufacturers plates on them:

This one in the photos looks like it was probably in Europe before crossing the pond & has the snow tire pack beside the obvious Nitrous Blue color......

Could have the snow tire pack since it's currently winter and it does snow sometimes in the US. Where was this seen? No rear fog light in the middle of the diffuser, so it's definitely a US spec car.

Wow, does that thing look bland without the fancy wide wheels/tires on it.
