99-00 with no stories of blown spark plugs and upgraded Intercooler stock or close to stock with a value no more of 9,500
01(+) stock or close to stock with a value no more of 12,000
low miles is a + but not necessary as long is not a super high mileage, 23,500 car price is cash value only and no partial trade value for a Lightning
