Boss 302

How much for a boss 302 shipped to MMR @ 93012? Please include shipping, and core charges. Also what kind of warranty would I get. Also I don't want the FRPP engine, just the Ford replacement.

Ford bumped up our cost, wayy up:fm: The best I could do is $9643.47, plus $1000 core, and $100 shipping.

can i self install the 03 04 longblock and still get warranty coverage

Yes, you are still eligible for warranty coverage, but the dealer would have to perform the work. Any Ford dealer can work on it, no matter who you by the engine from :-D

However, no matter who does the install, the motor must be stock. If you melt a piston from a bad tune, or pull into the dealer with a Whipple on top, you will not get anything for warranty coverage.

With that being said, we have sold plenty of Terminator remans, and for the most part have had excellent results.

Your best bet would be an Aluminator; $6400 for a long block, $3500 for a shortblock. This price is shipped anywhere in 48 states (except MN)

The OEM longblocks run $4050, but have a $2000 core, and require a Terminator for the core refund.

Need a price on a 7.3 power stroke.... mine truck is a 2000

We would need a VIN to see for sure which one you have, but you'd be somewhere around;

-$7211.92 plus $3200 core for a complete (comes with turbo, HPOP, fuel seperator, ect)

-$5910.79 plus $3000 core for a long block (nothing above the valve covers)

These come with a 2yr/unlimited mileage warranty.

And just like the gassers, the cores must me "like for like" and complete, but condition does not matter.

I can get the price on an RWD Ecoboost to include the PCM and main harness. Will this include the same warranty.

A complete engine runs $12040 with turbos

However, the wiring harness and PCM are very VIN specific, and made to work with all of the other electronic components of the vehicle. The days of simply swaping an engine harness and PCM into a different vehicle are long gone.

A perfect example are the GT500 swaps into GTs. I know of one customer who is still having issues trying to make everything in the car work, and another who ended rewiring almost the whole entire car.

I hope this helps; unless Ford Racing or the aftermarket comes out with a stand alone PCM and wiring harness, this is a very difficult and spendy task.

If you do chose this route, your best bet is to buy a totaled out Ecoboost truck, and use as much as you can.

Holy crap that's expensive for a V-6 and I kind of figured I would to do a standalone.

Yes, very expensive indeed. However, thats for a brand new engine, complete with turbos, piping, and even some of the front dress and wiring as well.

Plenty of the new trucks are coming with the Ecoboost. You could find one out of a wrecked car in a year or two, and hope someone (maybe Painless?) will have a harness and/or stand alone PCM to make one work.

I got a long block for my Cobra in Scottsdale, AZ before I seen your ad. Paid the 4700. But I also need a longblock for a 2006 F150 5.4 3V. What would the price be on that?

Does this include the rear end? How much would it be for a 99-01 Cobra rear end, and how much for an 03-04 Cobra rear end? What would be included? How much is the core charge? Thanks.

Wondering how much for the new boss block: FMS-M6010BOSS302 shipped to 91016. Thanks for the help here.

$1626.90; find another part for $25, and you'd get free shipping as well. It could even be a small part or two we normally stock, and return it back to us :lol1:

I know this is an old post, but for anyone else reading, the 5.4 3V engines run $3899 plus $800 core. Free shipping both ways if this goes to a business address

Thanks
Mike R
