Plenty of dirt and gravel roads here in WV to do some killer rallying. Nice paved mountain passes too. Route 60 up to Hawks Nest is a hoot in the properly set up car. Not saying how I know. Also an old Ford Escort that you could care less about makes a nice gravel/dirt speedster, just lengthen that parking brake handle. Again, how I know this is proprietary...
