Who on here has installed the Ford Racing diff cover?

I plan on dropping the whole diff to properly clean and seal it. I will be using Motorcraft gray heavy duty silicone sealer. All my bearings are good as I rebuilt the rear diff a few years ago. I use my Cobra for several open track days a year so it does not just sit around.

Is there anything else I should be doing or any tips?

If you haven't already, install front and rear differential bushings. A lowering rear bushing optimizes driveline angles, but you'll probably have to modify the frpp cover.

And make sure you don't fill it up and over fill it or it'll spew fluid every where. Like mentioned above I would at the very least do the FTBR front and rear diff mounts with the Ford Racing cover they sell that's pre modified for the lowering bushings.
