Ive got a torch red Cobra and am lookin to purchase wheels. The FR500s have me hooked, black with a polished lip. However Im tryin to find out what the offsets are to be to make the wheels flush with the fenders in the front and back. Id like to run 10.5 in the rear and 9 in the front. If anyone knows what the offsets would have to be to accomplish this id greatly appriciate it. Thanks in advance.

Well since this is a "Mustang specific" rim the offset is already set up perfectly for your Cobra.

As far as 17 inch rims the FR500s come in 17X9 and 17X10.5

17X9
OFFSET: 24MM

17X10.5
OFFSET: 27MM

As far as 18 inch rims The FR500s come in 18X9 and 18X10

18X9
OFFSET: 24MM

18X10
OFFSET: 22MM

Try to find pics of the hypercoated FR500's on a red cobra. Looks sick.

I have 18x9.5" wheels with a +20 offset all around. Front sits flush with the fender, but the rears could stick out a bit more. A +15 or so would be perfect I think. As for the FR500's, you can't pick the offset, they should already fit perfectly.

The stock cobra wheel is 17x9 with a 26mm offset and sits pretty much flush with the fender. If you go any lower then 26mm (for example 15mm) the wheel will move outward, if choose a higher offset (for example 35mm) the wheel will move inward towards the center of the car. If you are trying to fit a wheel a certain way on your car start with the oem wheel with its offset and adjust from where the wheel sits stock. I use this website to help figure out how certain wheels will sit on my cars. http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
