Getting to the point where I am maxed out power wise. Swapping to E85 when the summer blend comes back which will put me well over 800 depending on pulley choice. Now I want to focus on weight reduction and suspension.

I have done quite a bit of weight reduction already.
BMR lower radiator support without front sway bar 25#
BMR K-member 22#
Morris Engineering battery mount with anti gravity battery 26#
Morris Engineering front rotors 16#
BPS engine brackets 6#
Forgestar F14 drag wheels 61#
Removed axle weights 5#
Driveshaft 20#
Headers vs cast manifolds and cats 10#

I have added a bit of weight too
Auto swap 20-25#
Rear ice tank/hoses 10-15#

I want to keep my Brembo brakes even though I could lose another 15# or so by swapping to Baer front brakes.

The only thing I have left that I can think of is BMR lower control arms but I am a little concerned with the shudder some people get. I did have my steering rack replaced under warranty in 2017 so I think I will be ok if they used the newest version but not sure.

Other item I have thought about is the front bumper support but it is a street car so not sure the 10# is worth the risk on this one.

I am wanting to learn more about Viking warrior front coil over setup.
What spring rates should I use, any weight savings? What upper mount should be used? I want to keep the height close to the performance pack springs that I have now. It barely clears my lift now and I dont want to drop it any more.

As far as rear suspension goes I have
BMR LCA, UCA, Pan hard bar, Relo brackets, adjustable sway bar. Dead Hooker springs/perches (12-150 spring rate) Viking warrior double adjustable rears.

Are the front coilovers worth it?
Any other idea on weight savings? I have the manual Recaros and kinda like them so not wanting to go to a full race seat.

I would look at rotors, that's what I plan to do. I've taken a good amount of weight off my front with all BMR components. Look at Full Tilt Boogie's website, you'll find some weight savings but also pay for it.
