As a owner of this type of setup, the CJ inlet comes without the TB piece. If you run a 10 or up, that is the TB piece that you connect to from the stock CAI
As for this sale that is a good question that the OP will answer.

I have an 08 so I don't have the TB piece, I'd love to try this out but only if that piece was included or I could find that piece easily and fairly cheap

You can usually find that piece on the market pretty cheap.

Also try rock auto.com to see if its there. That is the stock piece for the 11's ~14's. I think 10's as well.

The inlet is larger than the stock 11-14. This part was made by Watson Racing (www.watsonracing.com) for FORD RACING.
