Fuel to rail but not injectors & no spark!

1995 SHO..have replaced icm, crank sensor,Coil packs, but still no spark or fuel to injectors, but its getting to the rail..all this started after a cai install. Help daily driver..130'000 miles ..5 spd..thanks

Maybe the harness cracked and you have a short, check the cables you touched?
