Gauge screen on factory navigation

So today I was just doing my usual car browsing and I came across a Nissan GTR and I saw it had a all the information you wanted to monitor right on the screen. So I began to think is it possible to do the same with our screens? Has anyone done it before? Or is it not possible?

If it's possible with our systems, Coastal Tech is the company that would know how to do it. They make a product called the Lock Pick that hacks the Sync system and opens up a lot of possibilities.
