Gegauss/Coolant overflow tank question

I think the sensor is shot in my degauss tank(bottle). I vaguely remember the sensor is not sold separately from the tank. None of the big auto chain stores have a coolant level sensor.

Checked level at tank and cross-over tube. Coolant level is full....so again suspecting sensor or sensor pigtail?

I've heard those sensors are a common failure point. Just unplug it.

I know but the OCD part of me wants it "fixed"....I think I will save money and simply unplug it

You could get an aftermarker reservoir. They don't have an opening for the sensor. So it would force you to unplug it and leave it alone.:burnout:

I figured aftermarket would not have the sensor...I think I will unplug it and call it a day...
