When I was 3 my uncle bought a brand new Silver Jade ’69 GT350 4sp which he kept into the mid-70’s. Luckily, my dad “borrowed” it on occasion (My dad was a 50’s hotrod type and loved to drive it). I vividly remember the harness seat belts and loud exhaust. Ever since those childhood rides I’ve hoped I’d be able to own a Shelby, and it’s really cool to be part of the legacy! Anyone else have a similar story?
