Let's just say I made a mistake recently and wound up with a Public Intoxication citation, and spent a nice cold night in jail. I was just wondering what you guys think the judge is going to hand me come Monday. I'm not some sort of hooligan, I make good grades, this is my first time ever-ever getting arrested (never even got suspended or detention at school), I'm working and going to college, and I just happened to be at the wrong place (public

I know some of you have law enforcement experience, and was just wondering what the usual punishment for something like this is (being my first offense and all). I'm prepared for whatever punishment I am handed, I'd just like to know what to expect. And YES I've learned my lesson. ;-)
