damn that thing is loud. It take my o/r H mac dumps @ 5000 rpm @ WOT to even get loud as that snake and hes not even close to wot.

Thats strange, we did my buddies GT with a lightning motor in it. BUT it didnt stick up that high, we also used the stock GT hood and just cut a hole large enough for the supercharger to stick out.

I think it kills the whole purpose of the motor swap that most people are going to look at the car and think its a cobra anyway. If he would have kept it looking like a gt then it would turn a lot more heads. There are plenty of cobras faster then that thing im sure, but not many gt's :shrug:

I wanna see some pics with a whippled L motor in a vic, or gt.

You wouldn't have near the clearance problems.

I couldn't imagine having 550+rwtq in a car car that weights 1300 pounds less than my L
