Let's just look at the svt mustang platform over the last 25 years.... specially the "R" models and the volume made..... what they sold for from the dealers and what they sell for today... with very low miles. If one feels the need to pay 25k adm for 16/17 gt350r then go for it.... there will be around a thousand of them out there by the end of summer. They will be selling close to msrp with very low miles in a year.

Probably explains why 2016 GT350R's are still commanding large ADM's. Based on projected production numbers I think your 1000 estimate is a bit high since they're only planning on making around 500 or so. I guess time will tell.

Well let's see... they made around 500 R's in 16 and projected to make 500 more in 17 , that equals around 1000 cars I believe....

    I can only imagine.

The crazy thing is, the 0 option cars rose in value better than the optioned out cars. My dad is on his 3rd 4option FGT. I just don't think I could do the standard wheels, I think they look horrible.

And every one of those are going to be for sale? I'm sorry but your logic doesn't hold up. Moving on.....

I think the word is out that the GT350/GT350R will continue through the 2018 model year. You might want to hold out to the bloody end for the ADMs to fall off completely. If we don't see another GT500 until 2020, and they continue the GT350 until then, the GT350 won't be too much more rare than the GT500.

    The GT350 is a 2016/17 vehicle (limited in 2015), not a 2018 vehicle.

I saw a video yesterday about some leaked dealer ordering info on Ford's internal site. The guy mentioned that the V6 is gone and that there will be new colors (bringing back Kona Blue, and two others I can't remember) and that there will be a 2018 GT350.

    Well, it's incorrect.
