I think so too, but he's changing the wheels.
The seats popped up on CL and only showed the fronts. He got there and the guy had the front and rears for a deal too good to pass up.

Anymore pics? Angles from the front like the GT350 pictures would be interesting with a little more light. Curious to know who the hell got there hands on a set and then sold them with no repercussions since the 350 isn't even being built yet
I think those are Shelby America GT350 seats, not the 2016 Ford SVT GT350.

Operating under the assumption that the seats "popped up" in Michigan I still can't find the CL ad. Got a link?
I wouldn't be surprised to see a version of them in the FRPP catalog in the future.
