Picked up my Gen 1 Glock 17 today. A Gen 1 Glock was the first handgun I ever purchased at the young ripe age of 21. It has a ton of holster wear, but it shot great.

I had to have something close to what I had.

Gunbroker. Some place out of Tennessee. Apparently, Gen 1 Glocks are getting harder to find. I got into a small bidding war on this thing. Hard to believe....on a Gen 1 Glock 17!

Do you like the thinner grip? I know it depends in large part on your hand size. I was asking because I like to carry my M&P Shield 9mm (thinner grip) but prefer to shoot the HK VP9SK due to its wider grip.

I like my G42 and I shoot it well but there wasn’t that much of a difference size wise compared to the P365. Yes, the grip is thicker on the sig but the big difference is weight between the two. When it gets hot out I mainly pocket carry and will be forced to wear a belt to deal with the added weight of the P365.

Do you conceal carry your VPSK? I currently carry a CZ P07 Suppressor Ready version and have given A LOT of consideration to grabbing a VPSK as when I’ve handled it in my buddies shop, it seemed to fit me like a glove.

Picked this up off a local forum for $400 with 15 mags. I think I did pretty good even if it is Century’s clone of the HK91. Put some +2 rollers to get the bolt gap where I wanted it and she runs like a champ. Pretty accurate with milsurp, about 2moa consistently.

I have that same exact rifle. Depending on when it was made I was told century has PTR doing some of the assembly of the rifle. I have zero issues with mine and I mainly shoot tula steel case out of it.
