most people that own guns have them stored away in locked safes and never use them.

doctors deal with life-threatening, or potentially life threatening situations in peoples' lives on a daily basis. i'm about to go into surgery today (like i do every day), and if i cut the wrong thing, the patient could die in front of my eyes.

i'm assuming you own a gun. can you honestly say that there is a chance you might accidentally kill someone with that gun today???
