Hanging RPM's

My mach is hanging rpm's in between shifts. need to fix this problem anyone have ideas??

Extremely common 4.6 problem. Pop your IAC off an clean it out really well. If that doesn't solve the problem look up an IAC restrictive plate, it's just a small gasket that doesn't allow quite as much air into the IAC, this usually solves the issue. I'm assuming this is something that it just started doing?
