My great aunt passed last year, they've had a pretty good sized 2 story house on a big corner lot with a pool for decades. My cousin is living in it right now but when she relocates it'll easily go for 2 million +, insanity (Marin county).

Absolutely. My wife's grandma lived in Daly City. When she passed away in 2019 they sold her house which was a fixer upper for 1.6M. The bay area real estate market is insane.
