Hawaii Emissions Testing

Hey, can anyone tell me how Hawaii is about emissions testing? I'm thinking about an O/R x-pipe and tune before I PCS out there. I know the tune can take care of the check engine light, but I'm curious how they are about visual inspections.

There are no emissions testing here but there is RECON law and safety inspection, so watch out for the OR pipe, might not catch it on safety but if your lowered and they do recon they may.
