Head tap noise, possible oiling issue?

So where can i buy this lubber, and is that actually what its called?

No personal experience, but looks to be pretty simple setup. Could likely fab one up.

I don't recall where I got mine, but it relies on air pressure to move the oil. I don't know how effective it will be to send oil pressure up to the lash adjusters. It will send oil, I just don't know that you'll see more than a trickle of oil to achieve your objective. If it sounds like a lifter, it may be you don't have enough lash which is pretty much dictated by the installed height of the valve and the base circle of the cam. I have heard of shim kits, but I've never seen one.
