help with a turbo?

so, i am looking for a good turbo kit for my 03 svt. i asked around, and people told me to stay away from gude, and powerworks SC is good, but i should really look into "Tom's turbo kit". and this is where i need help. where do i find it??

If you decide to go with Tom's turbo kit, there's a bunch of stuff you have to purchase separately. The previous owner of my car was going that route, but didn't get to the last step of buying that actual kit from Tom. I have in boxes all brand new parts for the other stuff (return lines, fittings, filters, etc...) that I'd sell you cheap.
