HID Flickering?

Bought my hids few months ago from hidguy
...hooked them up and loved them...very simple. Tonight I go to drive home. And realize before I pull out of my spot that my headlights arnt on...I get out and they both are just flickering..

I can also here a "popping" noise in my rear speaker that matches when they flicker?*I've checked connections. Pulled fuse. Disconnected battery...I have no idea what would.cause this. Any ideas?

From what I've experienced, bad ballasts. I heard they aren't the best to get ahold of for warranty either. Try and give 'em a call.

I think eaither bad ballast or there's interference from another power source (wires ran to close to others?)
battery could possibly be low. (see if it does it when the car's running)
