Hood blanket ?

I have done the hood mod. Now the blanket sags in the middle and is rubbing the s/c pulley. It is rubbing a hole in the middle of the "O".

Has anyone had this problem? Or what can I do to "raise" the the hood blanket so I don't get a hole?

Take it out but, save the push pins to fill the holes. Looks better....

Before you completely remove the hood blanket check to be sure your underhood paint is finished (matches your exterior). You might not like the way it looks. Some were not finished and are dull looking.

I had it out but didn't like the injector noise. I like the looks of the blanket and don't mind it being out. I'll see what I can do but I may just take it out.
