any recommended sources for Neoprene insulation sheeting to wrap tank? also it seems many go with the 1/4" thick sheeting, I was looking for 1/2"

I dont see you gaining anything by going 1/2 over 1/4. Anyways I got mine off of ebay. I got exactly this CCNS Rubber-Neoprene sponge 1/4”x16x25" self-adhesive
It looks like they dont sell that size anymore though. With that size above I had just enough to do the whole tank

I got mine on ebay. Wish I went for the self adhesive version. I did not and used silicon gasket maker to install and it took forever and used up almost 3 tubes.

thx 4 the replies- I ended up buying the 1/4" on ebay as well. when I did my front tank, I used the foil exterior bumble wrap, and used spray adhesive with good success. install is almost complete- going to fire up pump to see how it flows.

sent a pm to Joe about KC with rear tanks, he advised the best efficiency is for systems with approx 3 1/2 gallons or less......

my new setup will have:

1 1/4 gal - 3/4" coolant lines,
1 gal - IC tank
guessing possibly 1/2 - 3/4 gal in the manifold after-cooler.
KC exchanger - 1/3 -1/2 gal
