Inspection woes help please

So I have a 04 mach and o/r x with the rear o2s turned off

I have passed inspection every year no problem.
But for some reason this year 2 monitors aren't ready Catalist ( go figure) and another monitor (couldn't remember) my tune is justin from vmp

Could this be because my battery is shit and It keeps resetting the computer?

Does your alternator light flicker on the dash panel? Might put a digital voltmeter across the battery to check your alternator output. For a true reading the battery must be fully charged. Check it out.

My alt light has never flickered. I'm thinking it's just the batt it's pretty damn old
