I have been seeing some in this price range but while I still owe on my F150 I cant swing the payment on both hence the 18 month time frame I was looking to get one. Id love to have one now but I've already been waiting since last summer when I started this push to get another Mustang. I was looking really hard at the Terminators but the GT350 and that Voodoo 5.2 has swung me to this this side. You can buy a 2017 for low $40ks now.
Watch what you buy and do your research on the 5.2 FPC issues. That will help you decide.
Personally, I would lean more towards a Bullitt over the GT350. Less engine issues to be concerned with, and very close in performance for what you will most likely be using it for...
I'm well aware of the issues and hopefully the ones that are having problems are sorted out under warranty. Its also a crap shoot buying an 18 yr old Terminator when I get to that point so its kinda like pick your poison. Id rather have the more modern and updated technology VS one where I've had the same exact interior for the previous 3 Mustangs.
Why not go with a 13/14 GT500 then?
I thought about the 350. They look and sound awesome. Since it would only see street duty the torque curve would be a huge disappointment coming from a 500.
Its a consideration but only if the GT350 does not work out. I really want something more for cornering and handling and track days if I ever decide do to any more so than one built for more straight line power. I built my last 94 Cobra that way and want something different this time.
