Based on what has been reported (14mph over the limit) and seen (relatively slow speed "chase", I hope something very bad happens to him.

Poetic justice would have been if he was clipped by a car but then the tax dollars would be paying for his care.

That ****ing horrible.

I had to laugh at "there is an ambulance coming" and at 2:30 an ambulance goes by on a flatbed. Would make sense considering the whole situation.

"Im pregnant, I had my flashers on, I couldn't find a safe place to pull over".

Unreal. Just wow.

That stupid ****in mouth breather just kissed his qualified immunity goodbye. I hope she takes him personally AND the state all the way to the bank.

Serious question: It all took place that fast? There's wasn't like a 15 minute chase with her flashing a gun, driving through a schoolyard of kids, throwing puppies out the window before the pit?

LOL... Cops outright attacking citizens... creating victims because of victimless crimes.

Where was this?
Arkansas, And I take a bet this guy is real popular at the barracks/ post right about now. Like where no one wants to even be within 15 feet when they sit at the tables and chairs at the briefing room.

But what I would do if I was her from now on is just stop right in the lane and refuse to move by saying. Last time I tried to pull over in a safe area you sent me into a concrete barrier and so put me at risk, so now enjoy.

Policing in this entire country needs a massive overhaul... They are hiring the dumbest of the dumbest people right now that pull shit like this, and the true criminals are getting away with murder.

And the Dems and MSM are to blame for the current recruits.

My math may be off but, I think a quarter midget is a garden gnome.

It was a little over 2 minutes from the time he lit her up until the time the pit took place.

just a couple thoughts here....

1. we dont have all the facts, what happened before the vid started?
2. being a cop is super stressful, cut him a little slack
3. the cop was just trying to get home to his family
4. he feared for his life

I think in most jurisdictions pitting is a decision made by the supervisor based on a description of the situation provided by the on scene officer. If this guy didn't describe the situation accurately to him, or didn't ask to pit, this could be even worse. Let's just hope the baby is ok.

Said this before but it bears repeating over and over again. The college I went to, UW-Platteville, is known as an engineering school but also had a big CJ program so despite being in engineering I knew a bunch of CJ guys.

If those who pursued and received a BA in CJ are the "good/smart cops", we are in trouble because many of those guys were crooked as shit and had no qualms about breaking plenty of laws themselves.

ASSUMING she didn't commit a violent crime or there's more to this story other than she was 14 mph over the speed limit and took "too long" to pull over......how in the hell was that not a definite use of excessive force? No reason why he couldn't have tailed her for another mile to give her every reasonable chance to pull over. She had her flashers on! This cop was severely lacking in training in so many ways.

I, too, hope the baby is/was okay.
