Interesting. Why not put a 9" rear end in and get rid of the c-clip axles? Putting the signature Boss quad exhaust back on? Please keep posting your progress.

Every build has it's budget. This car will just be a street car so we weren't too concerned with the rear.

We will be retaining the Boss quad tips!

There is a part of me that almost regrets not going down this route. This looks like it is going to be a fun build for the owner! Some Kooks side pipes would be a nice little touch if he can dig through the cracks in his sofa and find a few extra pennies haha.

Awesome build! Enjoying the pics!

I've been eyeing those Hooker Blackheart shorty headers with their 1 7/8" primaries for my Boss. Do you happen to have any dyno results on those Hooker shorties vs. stock manifolds? If they pick up 10-15 rwhp with a Red Key tune I'd probably buy a pair.

Just a craniums up from my turbo car.......slightly loose v band on an up pipe trashed my plastic coil covers. Was kind of concerned with all that heat next to the covers to start with, had noticed some slight discoloration on both sides prior to the left front clamp becoming slightly loose. Went with a set of Ford Racing black powder coated aluminum coil covers after and heat shields from Hellion (not shown in pic). Hopefully no more serious under hood heat issues.

If I had it to do over again I would have started with these on the build....
