Weather got bit of ease, roads still slippery, close to 28-32f, but I decided to give a spin to get some temps. Since got no traction until 4th gear this kind a limited do proper pulls. Either way here are results:

outside: 35..37f
max temp recorded on IAT on WOT (with 12psi): 91f

So looks bit better than earlier, but yes I need to wait to spring to have proper test.

Finally got wheels on road, so temps:

- outside 60f
- water temp 85..90f (measured from ic-tank right after pull...didn't have time to yet setup wires to measure in/out water temps)
- iat before WOT: around 100f
- max on WOT pull: 120f

Getting SCT data later, checking what could improve, eg maybe switch to pierburg pump and/or larger ic radiator. Hoping to pull temps down by 5-10f

Managed pull to till 3th until throttle cable flew away from socket :) But anyway it seems with new IC i'm getting about +20f during WOT pull.

Final test:

Two back-to-back WOT pulls:

ambient: 70-75f
before pulls: around 100f
max recorded temp on SCT: 125f

So new version seems work just fine, I would assume with better pump and proper front heat exhanger surely get down temps down even more...and/or maybe adding smaller pulley :)

Well currently trying to get whole thing fit under hood. I got Cerwin 3.5" hood, but it's clearance is not enough..eg pulley itself sits about 4.5" inch high from fender level where Cerwin clearance in that point is only 1" something anymore. Probably some other vendor (fibertrends) hood would have been better choice.

First idea was to lower IC/manifold, but then again I would remove option to put bigger ic-core in future so next step:

But for cooling part, got my new front heat exchanger, instead going for AFCO, got
ZZP Grand Prix Dual Pass Heat Exchanger. Same as AFCO, but 1/3 of price :)

After those, some testing and then planning next steps.

eventually pricing to add this to a kb setup
If getting enough (well atleast few :)) serious buyers I can consider it.

Some updates,
Got scoop molded in hood, but still waiting to get paint job done..couple weeks or so.

What next:
- install new front heat exchanger, ..current ebay one getting too hot....45f delta ambient/water

- ordered colder thermostat + 2 7/8 pulley..should give about 13-14lbs boost

Don't leave us hangin!! Did you order a colder thermostat + 2 7/8 pulley, and are you going to get it on the dyno? I have a Vortech going on my car this week. It should be interesting. But what are your results? Do you think you could wedge at 2.6L or a bigger blower on this setup from a 03-04 cobra? Cheers!!

I have been busy with other stuff lately and forgot update here. Anyways got car painted and new thermostat and radiator installed, however impact was like 3-5f total. Got also the pulley, but i haven't had time install it + car retuned.

However I should have something interesting in month or so ;)

Well surely everything is possible, but quickly comes my mind:
- sc drive length
- sc mounting holes position top of manifold
- sc plenum/intake mounting holes position

So custom fabricated manifold top "plate" is surely needed.
