I have a Kenne Bell 2.8 liquid cooled supercharger with a 3.5 inch pulley, long-term long tube headers and 60 pound fuel injectors ,Kenne Bell boost a pump and I am getting 600 rear wheel horsepower. But Kenne Bell formula for that pulley and supercharger says I should be getting 660 rear wheel horsepower I also have an AEM methanol injection kit which gave me an additional 20 rear wheel horsepower. Does this sound right to those in the know?

What timing and boost (stock lower pulley im guessing it was 14-16 psi if you have stock manifolds)

Was it a dyno jet or mustang dyno?

I just had my 2.6 car tuned, has a 4lb lower and 3.5 upper, at 20.5 psi and 23 degrees timing on E85 made 660/600 on a dyno jet. Guessing with 93 and reduced timing mine would have been roughly same hp as your. I can't comment on meth injection but I will say if you have E85 readily available near you I'd switch to that, but you'll need some 80 lb injectors too.

Im running 17.8psi on pump gas and have similar numbers to you. Without going E85 I dont see you getting to 660rwhp. But if you get up to around 21psi and E85 youll hit it for sure.

My 2.8h non LC KB on 93, with 18.5 psi, I made 611hp and 604tq. That is a stock 3.75" upper and 2lb lower. Headers lowers the boost from KB's chart. The 3.75" upper should be 18.5 psi alone....

My first tune with stock manifolds, I made 580. Then headers, no cats, I made 602. Then I did the fuel system and small stuff, made the 611. All on the same dyno jet.

Just FYI, pretty sure the stock pulley is 3.50" on the 2.8H, not 3.75".

Currently mine makes 630hp/565tq with 3.25" pulley, Kooks 1 3/4" longtubes, 2.5" exhaust, JLT Max boost, SCT 3000, and Accufab TB. It's right at 20-21psi on a cool day, and 15* of timing.

It was previously making only 15.5psi and 565hp/530tq on a hot day with a crappy BBK/stock intake and 3.5" pulley.

So, the intake and weather definitely makes a difference.

They come stock with a 3.75 pulley, I bought the optional 3.5. without the methanol I was getting 578 rwhp with the methanol I get 600 rwhp and 487 torque and I am at 18.5 lbs of boost.

I have 18.5 lbs of boost even though Kenne Bell says with the 3.5 upper and stock lower should be 20 lbs on the 2.8 supercharger

KB's chart is for more stock exhuast. Or at least factory manifold cars.

For example, when I had a 2.4KB with factory logs, it was hitting their target boost, but when I went to a 2.8 with headers, it dropped from their target psi.

i have a kb 2.8h non lc. with a 3.65 upper only makin 17.5lbs stk manifolds off road exhaust and make 585/545. what is your boost with the 3.5? your gonna be down psi with the longtubes. but flowing more volume. so making good power. you may want to try goimg to a 3.25 pulley. and you may be close to your 660.
