How about releasing it back into the wild. You can't hold a wild animal responsible for the damage it causes in captivity.

at first they were reporting it as Shamu but now they are saying it is a whale named Telly

No kidding. Keeping them in a tank that's barely a fraction of what they're used to is just wrong. :nonono:

What is just as wrong as waiting until the third death to finally do something about it. :bash:

pretty amazing that the trainers would put themselves anywhere near this animal considering it's killed 2 humans before. dumb move

That's what happens when you choose to swim with a wild, 7 ton carnivore.

Exactly! Oh and it's technically not a whale but part of the Dolphin family. It's called a Killer Whale because the Orca's have been known to kill whales.
