So, does the Marine Corps now prosecute and give him additional time for his actions or just dishonorably discharge him?

Since he's served 6 years of the reduced 10 year sentence, I would bet he'll receive a dishonorable discharge from the Marine Corp. There would have to be a military trial since he was tried (and convicted) by the Philippines court. So he would then be tried twice for the same crime. I'm not a legal expert, though. Just stating my guess at what might happen.

There's no such thing as double jeopardy in the military. If you commit a crime and are prosecuted on the civilian side, the military can still pursue charges regardless of the civilian outcome.
