Leather seat color change? Dye?

Hey fellas,

I am looking at a 2010 Shelby. About the only thing I hate about the car are the silver inserts the previous owner did on the seats.

Basically the entire center section of the seat is silver. How easy is it to change it to black? Anyone have any experience with leather dye?

Your best bet would be to have a leather shop remove the seat covers and replace the center with the color you want. Dye's might work but often rub off revealing the color below.
