Each light has a piece of plastic over them to protect the cover. The 4th headlight is on my car and was installed the day I bought the car, which was this Saturday (1/16/21) and works perfectly fine. The harness is included to install all four lights As you can see in the diagram a different section of the LEDs will light up when the brights are on and when they are not. These cost about $75 new plus the cost of the harness which doesn't come with this.
