So I currently have BBK Longtubes on my mustang and been thinking about buying the Lethal X pipe and was wondering if it can made to work with those headers or do I need to just buy the BBK x pipe?

just get the BBK one and be done with it. Simple, easy, less headaches, and you will not need to try to get the lethal mdipipe to fit.
Is there a difference if any in power/torque gains between the two? That is the only reason I was considering it as I been told the Lethal one has some nice gains...
You will probably see the same gains from both of them, there is not going to be a lot of power gained in general - especially on a 2v motor.
