Oh not again. There was a thread about this about a year ago and it did nothing but make me feel like my house was pathetic compared to what some members here live in. lol Im staying out this time

My house is in the process of being built as we speak (waiting on City permit). Probably 2 weeks from now they will start building it. I do have pictures of the exact model we are going with though. So it's pretty much my house minus ours is going to have 1car garage instead of the office area they made it into.


Some snaps of my house plans. 4BR 2.5bath, 1 car garage. 2300sq ft.

IMO, these are not true college pads. If it isn't older than you it is not a college pad. I have not seen a home on my campus that is under 30 years old, and most may be damn near 100. Nice places though guys if i had a place that looked like that while i was in college there would be no reason to graduate.

Yeah my house is only a year old. And if you saw the inside you'd def think it's not a college pad either. But i'm 25 and i bought this as an investment to help pay off my enormous student loans after i graduate.
