its a t-56 6 speed




8.8 to 1 compression
4.6l based motor
custom cams
stroked
93 octane on the street tune and c16 116 octane on the race tune 25psi

im in the process of building a 283ci motor with stock heads, custom cams, t56 with the same turbo setup. 9.6 to 1 compression. should net similar results. :)
Didn't you have the BOSS iron block? If so, that's a big bore (3.7") bore.

The big bore definitely makes a difference-at least on my car. I'm sure it contributed to your power of your last set-up.

Im just starting my build.still waiting on a couple parts to get here.
Mocking up the turbos since im building my own turbo headers.
Will start a build thread as soon as i get everything needed.

Good shit man.whats the clearence on your headers? Have any pictures? Im still in the process of clearencing some stuff before i build mine.

These are cg *** twin kit they for great! Have you considered all the bottom end you will lost with that cj intake if not spinning to 8500rpm? Seems like stock yote intake would work much better with the longer runners. It looks nice btw. :beer:

Yessir.true that.ima be running a 5.8 big bore 5.4 though.i do plan on spinning to 8k.but we will see.
