Unless you have Low T or are a professional athlete making a living with either your performance or your appearance it will come back and bite your face off.
I’ve been in the game a very long time.

exact same, delts tend to get sore, so I hit quads and ventrogluteal as well.

Did you honestly ever put in the time to learn all the lifts and train the **** outta of it with the proper diet, nutrition and weightlifting program and sustain it?

Are you trying to become a professional bber?

I’ll be the first to tell you gear works. No doubt about it.

But if you’re not a professional athlete it’s definitely not worth it.
You’ll turn into a chemistry experiment and **** shit up that’s not repairable.
Everyone I know that ran gear lives to regret it. The shit at the very least long term ages the **** outta you and say goodbye to your hair line.

If you have low T that’s a different story and that’s a low dose.

I've been training for years. I absolutely know what I'm doing inside the gym. Every single day I'm there working harder than anyone.

I also put the time into my diet as well. My meals up to dinner are pretty dialed in. Then I just typically eat something halfway decent with the family. Do I eat pizza and other crap sometimes? Yeah sure but I'm not in this to make money. So I dont measure every grain of sodium I intake.

I'm fully aware that using PEDs is a life changing experience that does have adverse effects on your body. I'm not a 21 year old kid looking to blast a gram of tren to take selfies on Instagram. Going to the gym is a lifestyle for me and a part of who I am. Do i need gear? No.

I'm a competitive bodybuilder, we are all adults, make your decision on use accordingly and accept the risks involved and if done work to mitigate those risks as much as possible. Everyone's physiology is different. There are no blanket statements that can be applied.

I always respect a lifter that admits they use. These instafooks that claim to be all natural and try to make a buck off of kids selling a program is destroying the sport.

What level do you compete at?

IG is poison for those that don't know what is really going on behind the scenes with photo manipulation and rampant gear usage also among females.

I was a natural competitor, won the first show I did a few years ago, started on at around 32, now looking to compete in the NPC. One of the PA shows I had Lined up got cancelled because of this Covid shit. So now the diet is relaxed and I'm gaining a couple pounds before hopefully getting ready for a spring or summer show.

Not to be grim but don't under estimate the psychological component to use. The damage can be as great or larger than the physiological damage.

This ****in scamdemic has decimated the competitive lifting sports. If it weren’t for my very good friend owning a gym and allowing me to workout during the lockdowns I would have went ****in crazy.

The gym I go to has been open since the 80’s with the same owner in Brockton Mass. A real shithole of a city. He was a competitive Olympic weight lifter and has competitive powerlifting and weightlifting teams at the gym. Bodybuilding was never popular at this gym but there have been some successful ones. This gym is all about strength training and bbing is actually looked down upon.
Not saying I have anything against it I’m just not into it myself but I respect the dedication it requires.
The diet and the drugs. No thanks. Not for me.

Do competitive lifters use gear. Abso****inlutely. If they get caught in competition though they are ****ed. Especially Olympic weightlifting.

Good luck with your bbing goals bro.

Truer words have not been spoken on this forum in a long time.
Losing gains has detrimental psychological effects and ****in with hormones is serious shit.

I appreciate it and the same to you with your pursuits. I'm in PA and had to lift at home for 4 months. I couldn't stand it lol. There is nothing like being back at the gym especially when it's a part of your routine.

It’s part of my life and when you are retired and work 4 hours a week it becomes a major part of your routine.
Physically and most definitely mentally. I missed all my mates at the gym.

Alot of excellent information in this thread. I hope anyone who is considering the PED path reads all of the posts and does thier homework in regards of what works for them, which INCLUDES going to the proper doctor.

    So damn true.

I have a killer setup at my home, but the local gym is a big part of my daily life-especially since i trained so many clients/friends there over the years.

Like you all, i missed my mates.....and the insanely beautiful talent too. Lol.
