Loud intermitent fuel pumps

Yesterday I was going at a big local ford show, car ran great during the trip, but when I stopped to enter the show I was hearing the pumps going ON/OFF pretty loud, louder then normal. Normally I can hear them while the car is not running that is fine.

2003 cobra
Stock pumps
KB BAP installed last year
Ported pullied eaton

Does my pumps going out?

Get that checked out soon. A pump failing could cause some serious issues. Do you have an a/f gauge?

Yes I have one and usually glance at it while WOT just to be safe.
