Bought a few things:
- Depo black projector headlights and corners.
- Flowmaster American Thunder Catback.
- 01 - 04 double din radio bezel with defrost and fog light switch.
- Taillight vinyl.
- Replica SVT build plate.
- Envoy fog lights with smoked vinyl stickers.

This weekend I should be picking up a used X3 for $100 locally. I'm still looking for a rack and pinion, a radio for the double din swap that doesn't cost too much, and an amp and wiring for a sub and radio install. Other than this stuff I still want to do some suspension work to get rid of the 4x4 look and I have the 3.73's to get installed. I think that will be pretty much it for this season. You know, unless I come across a deal I can't say no to!

Still buying parts...
- Maximum Motorsports caster camber plates.
- Maximum Motorsports rear lower control arms.
- UPR Pro-Series double adjustable rear upper control arms.
- SR Performance shocks and struts.
- SR front and rear poly spring isolators.

I decided on the SR shocks and struts after riding in a friend's brother's 97 Cobra. He had cheap eBay springs and those shocks and struts and it actually rode pretty nice, not too firm, not too harsh. I should be picking up that X3 tomorrow afternoon, too. Now I need some nice weather to install all these things.

What did you use for pads and rotors?
American Muscle PowerStop set that came with the Mustang. They were old, as the car sat for a while before I bought it, but they were well sealed with no rust. I'm not overly impressed with them. I'm thinking a brake upgrade will be in the works.

Bought a rebuilt Terminator rack from Advance Auto. I made sure to order the correct one, but will see if it's right when it gets here. I also ordered new poly offset rack bushings.

MM solid rack bushings are the way to go.
Only $30 or so for the pair. A HUGE improvement once installed, no more squishy feeling in the steering

Had an hour and I wanted to get something done so I installed my Depo projectors and corners. The install was easy and the harness wasn't an issue. I broke two adjusters on the headlights being them in, though. I ran the harness underneath the coolant tank and tucked the wires behind the headlights. They were very brittle. I wasn't too impressed with the light output, but I only have shots off my garage door. I'll take a better look at that tonight. Anyway, here's some pictures and some before and after...

My steering rack came in, too. I'm not too happy with FedEx (see the box and the small dent in the line?) right now or Advance Auto. I was assured I would be getting the correct rack and I didn't get a ZM, it looks like an NF...?

You could always add a led or hid kit if those projectors support them.

Yeah, I might do that later. I did a Bi-Xenon HID retrofit to my Jeep and I'm used to those lights now so not much compares to them. I'm spoiled. Ha ha.

Started my suspension overhaul. I'm still waiting for my front control arms, sway bar bushings, and sway bar end links to arrive. Got all of the front suspension out today because I was getting too anxious waiting. Ha ha.

Everything went smoothly except for two things; the passenger side ABS sensor bolt snapped and one of the welded speed nuts on the passenger side sway bar bushing bracket bolts broke. I'm not really sure on what I'm going to do to fix that. Any ideas?
