Ordered the new set of studs for my sway bar brackets this morning and I was able to take care of my steering knuckles today. I drilled out the broken ABS sensor bolt and also drilled out the tie rod end holes to 5/8" for the Maximum Motorsports bumpsteer kit.

Got everything back together and torqued a couple weeks ago. She handles and looks a lot better. Still need an alignment, but I need an inspection sticker first. I recently uploaded a Bama tune on it to get rid of the SAI system, so let's see if it works.

I don't know why, but it won't let me post any pictures...? Maybe I'll try later.

I've had Rachel for a year already! She's progressed almost as I expected her, too. Once I get the gears installed I'll be pretty much where I wanted to be for now. I have a spreadsheet on my computer of how much I've spent so far and let's just say that I'm happy the wife hasn't seen it yet!

Future projects will be a double din radio, sub and amp, replacing the output seal on the transmission, upgrading my flasher relay to slow down my sequential tail lights, and starting to piece together a short block to handle power and C heads to go with it. I already have a pair of BBK long tubes for it.

Here's a couple before and current pictures.

Those struts don't hit the bottom of the hood? Looks like the spacers are set up wrong. More need to go under the fender.

Got a set of BBK long tubes and a set of Steeda underdrive pulleys. I've been killing my budget so I have to wait on a new mid pipe, gaskets, and hardware for the exhaust. Once nicer weather gets here I'll hopefully get her inspected, get the gears installed, install the underdrive pulleys, and get an alignment. The exhaust will be done after that. Shaping up to be a good driving season! Especially when it stops snowing!

Yesterday I cut the 2.5" tips from my Flowmaster catback and installed a set of 3.5" SLP tips. I wish I found 3" tips, but these look a lot better. Today I installed the set of Steeda underdrive pulleys today after work and I took it for a quick test drive.

Do yourself a huge favor right now, do not get the 3.73 gears installed. Look for a min of a 4.10 gear or I would say a 4.30 gear. I have a vortec and 500rwhp and I run a 4.10 with the t45 and it runs great. The 4v loves gears.

How does your cobra feel with the underdrive pulleys installed? Any noticeable difference in power?
I'm wanting to get pulley's or gears for my next performance mod.

I've heard they're hit or miss for our cars but I may have misunderstood.

Also, I love the envoy fogs, that's my next cosmetic mod. Did you use the aluminum strips to mount them?

I didn't really notice a difference with the underdrive pulleys. Go for the gears instead. I mounted the Envoy fogs to the Ford fog light bracket.

Double din install done. Next, I have a 2001 center console going in after I paint it, going to rewire the rear defroster switch and fog light switch to the radio bezel, going to add a USB port to the third spot in the radio bezel, I'm going to add a brake light bypass to the radio harness, and eventually a backup camera and some new speakers. While I was there I upgraded to LED bulbs in the cluster and HVAC controls. Anyway, here's a couple pictures including one of what I removed.
