Metco idlers/upper stock size pulley?

I want to lower my boost psi a bit. I can only get 91 octane here in AZ, and my current 2.8 upper/6lb lower is on that ragged edge. Since I already have a sweet Metco idler setup (including a 3.5” alternator pulley), I want to swap that 2.8 Metco ring for a 3.65 OEM size ring on the upper S/C snout. There is a large Metco idler installed directly next to the upper pulley. It seems pretty close in proximity already with that small upper ring. Will the 3.64 ring be an issue? I don’t want to remove the idler if I don’t need to. I’m sure the belt wrap is much better with it there. Just curious as to anyone has done this themselves or not and if it will fit. I’m sure it will be C L O S E if it does fit somehow. Thanks

I don't think there's enough clearance to run a stock pulley with a snub idler. But if you're going to run a stock size blower pulley you don't really need the snub idler. The stock blower pulley has a good amount of belt wrap.
