Mickey Thompson 28x11.5x17 on a 04 gt?

So I have a 04 gt with 17x10.5 rims on the back I currently run a 315x35x17 can I run the Mickey Thompson 28x11.5x17 bias ply on a 04 the car is lowered about an inch or so atm really want to run a bias ply and dont want to cut out the fender at all
