I am desperate to find an Off-road X-pipe that fits my 2001 SVT Cobra. I want to purchase the Kooks 2-1/2" SS Off-road X-pipe (Part #11203140). Does anyone know if this X-pipe fit my vehicle with the OEM manifolds and OEM catback exhaust?

That x-pipe appears to be for Kooks long tubes only. Will bolt up to your stock catback but not the manifolds. Good luck finding an off road x pipe, I would try eBay to try to score a used one.
Bassani exhaust still sells them. You can also look up VRS exhaust in Florida
